OTS staff members include title searchers, legal assistants, graduates of the Municipal Tax Administration Program, and specialists with backgrounds in tax sales, surveying, property assessment and mapping. One staff member was the Treasurer of a municipality for 30 years. The OTS staff is Ontario's foremost team of tax sale experts.

OTS staff members have assisted more than 200 municipalities with tax sale-related procedures on over 10,000 properties. They have helped with the actual tax sale of more than 1,500 properties.
