Title Search Summaries™
Title Search Summaries will be sent to you by email, usually on the first business day after your order was received. Occasionally this might take an extra day.
Title Search Updates™
We must receive your order for a Title Search UpdateTM no later than the day before the tax sale. As long as we receive your order on time we will send you the Title Search UpdateTM by 12:00 noon on the day of the tax sale.
InfoPaks™
InfoPaksTM are emailed to you automatically the instant that your order is placed, if you are a GOLD Member, or the instant that your credit card payment is approved, if you are not a GOLD Member.
If you do not receive the email with the link to download the InfoPak within a few minutes, check your junk/spam mail folder. The email will be in there.
