Refund and Cancellation Policy

Title Search Summaries^™ and Title Search Updates^™

If you email us a request to cancel an order for a search, and we have not yet done the search, we will gladly provide you with a full refund within two business days. Please send any such emails to Info(at)OntarioTaxSales.ca. If a municipality advises us that a tax sale has been cancelled or postponed, and we have not yet done your search, we will gladly provide you with a full refund within two business days.

InfoPaks^™

We do not provide refunds for InfoPaksTM for any reason. If you order an InfoPakTM and it is not emailed to you within seconds, please contact us right away at Info(at)OntarioTaxSales.ca. We will then email it to you.

Membership fees

We do not provide refunds for membership fees.

Cancelling your Monthly GOLD Membership or Newsletters only Membership

If you cancel your Monthly GOLD Membership or Newsletters only Membership we will immediately stop charging any and all fees to your credit card. To cancel your membership simply send an email to info@ontariotaxsales.ca
