Contact Us By Email Only

We do not give out our phone number, nor do we contact anyone by phone. There are a couple of reasons for this policy

1. The possibility of an honest misunderstanding. Someone could misinterpret what we said over the phone, and/or we could misinterpret what was asked. By keeping everything in writing there is far less chance of misunderstanding. As well, there is a written record of all communication.

2. We respond to inquiries in the order in which they are received. If someone emails us an inquiry, we could be in the middle of responding to it when the phone rings and we end up in a 20-minute conversation. This is unfair and aggravating to the people who submitted their inquiries first.

If you have not received a response within 24 hours of a request, either:

  1. The response may be in your spam/junk folder, or
  2. Your email address could be incorrect (either it has changed or you incorrectly typed it). Please send us another email to info@ontariotaxsales.ca

Note: Your email address is private – we will not share it with anyone.
