Title Search Summaries™
Title Search Summaries will be sent to you by email, usually on the first business day after your order was received. Occasionally this might take an extra day.

Title Search Updates™
We must receive your order for a Title Search Update™ no later than the day before the tax sale. As long as we receive your order on time we will send you the Title Search Update™ by 12:00 noon on the day of the tax sale.

InfoPaks™
An email with a link to download the InfoPak™ will be emailed to you automatically the instant that your order is placed, if you are an OTS Member, or the instant that your credit card payment is approved, if you are not an OTS Member.

If you do not receive the email with the link to download the InfoPak™ within a few minutes, check your junk/spam mail folder. The email will be in there.
