Additional info: Property was previously used as a gas station. The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) expropriated a portion of the property required for purposes of the new four-laning highway. The expropriated lands contained fuel storage tanks. Work completed, included testing mostly around the area of the storage tanks and included monitoring wells to the ground water. The tanks were removed together with three (3) loads of contaminated soil.
