Additional info: Environmental Warning: There is wood waste landfill on the property for which the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks has issued an Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA). Closure of the landfill in accordance to ministry standards must be achieved and the ECA amended to reflect the closure of the landfill. Section 46 of the Environmental Protection Act prohibits the use of land which has been used for the disposal of waste within a period of 25 years from the year in which the land ceased to be used unless approval is received from the Ministry.
