Title Search Summaries™ and Title Search Updates™
If you email us a request to cancel an order for a search, and we have not yet done the search, we will gladly provide you with a full refund within two business days. Please send any such emails to Info@OntarioTaxSales.ca. If a municipality advises us that a tax sale has been cancelled or postponed, and we have not yet done your search, we will gladly provide you with a full refund within two business days. For completed Title Search Summaries and Updates, we do not offer refunds.

InfoPaks™
We do not provide refunds for InfoPaks™ for any reason. If you order an InfoPak™ and it is not emailed to you within seconds, you can also download it by going to “My Account” in the top right menu, then click “Orders”

Membership fees
We do not provide refunds for membership fees.

Cancelling your Monthly Membership
If you cancel your Monthly Membership, we will immediately stop charging any and all fees to your credit card.

To cancel your membership simply Log in then go to “My Account“. The link is in the top right menu. Then click “Subscriptions” then “View” and “Cancel”
