First, you’ll receive a notice confirming the win. Then you have 14 days to pay the balance. Once the sale is registered, you take title free and clear of taxes.✅ ![]()

You become the new owner with all rights and responsibilities. It’s your job to maintain, insure, and pay future taxes on the property.
